Return Policy

Oolala is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return Requirements

  • Merchandise must be returned within 07 days of the order delivery date.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any OOLALA hangtags, attached.

  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, swimwear, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS TO DELIVERY TIMES DUE TO THE WORLDWIDE COVID OUTBREAK. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

Shipping Status:

 

We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! That means all orders received before 01pm on a business day will be shipped out that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays.

 

Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

Delivery Status:

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that standard delivery times are only estimations.

 

- For Orders within CBD HCMC: 01 business day 

- For Orders outside HCMC and other provinces: 2-3 business days

 

Oolala is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We can never guarantee a delivery date.

** For Orders with Express Shipping (only applicable within CBD HCMC, please contact our Facebook page for ordering and delivery confirmation.

** If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, email info@oolala.com.vn with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

Oolala is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

Faulty Items

Oolala team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@oolala.com.vn as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
